Project scope and client responsibilities

Before work begins, the proposal should identify the agreed scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, and relevant milestones. You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and the rights or permissions needed for materials and accounts you provide.

Third-party platforms

Some services may rely on platforms such as Meta, Google, hosting providers, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. QuickServ Digital cannot control those third-party decisions.

Results and service changes

Digital marketing, advertising, search rankings, and automation outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not promise a specific ranking, sales volume, lead count, or business result. Any changes to agreed work should be confirmed in writing.

Payments, cancellation, and intellectual property

Payment, cancellation, refund, and ownership or licensing terms are set out in the applicable project agreement and our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Do not assume rights or deliverables that are not described in the accepted scope.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any governing law or dispute terms for a project should be set out in its agreement.
