QuickServ Digital currently presents individually scoped services; this website does not take payment or sell fixed-price packages through an online checkout. The accepted written proposal or service agreement is the source of the specific cancellation, refund, payment, and expense terms for each project.
Requesting a cancellation
Send your request to contact@quickservdigital.com. Include your name, business, and project reference so we can identify the agreement. Ask us to confirm the effective date and any remaining work or charges in writing.
Refunds and work already completed
Any refund, credit, outstanding balance, or charge for completed work is determined by the accepted project agreement and applicable law. Third-party charges or commitments may have separate terms. Review these items in your proposal before approving work.
Before approving a proposal
Check the scope, milestones, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and any non-refundable third-party costs with us before accepting. If the written terms are unclear, ask for clarification before work begins.
